A bubble humidifier is used during supplemental oxygen therapy with high flow rates via a mask or nasal cannula in order to prevent drying of the mucous membranes in the nose & mouth. It provides long-lasting moisture for utmost patient comfort.

The Besmed Bubble humidifier is intended to provide humidified oxygen to patients both in hospital and at home. When using a nasal cannula or nasal catheter it is recommended that the oxygen is humidified to prevent damaging the respiratory tract. The Besmed Bubble Humidifier is a single-patient use device for use in health care facilities and home care. The bubble humidifier is ideal for use with all oxygen concentrators.
