Ideal for use on heavy exuding wounds, these highly absorbent pads are made up of four layers. The pads also have a waterproof backing which ensures the absorbent fluid remains in the pad and does not leak.The non-sterile absorbent pads can be used as a primary dressing. As a secondary dressing, the pads can be used to provide increased bulk and cushioning, conformability, and improved wound site protection. Ideal for bandaging heads, limbs and difficult-to-dress wounds; i.e. – burns, plastic and orthopaedic wounds. Packed in sealed pouches to ensure a long shelf life
