GCC Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions for GCC Customers (Outside Kuwait)

These Terms & Conditions apply to customers placing orders for delivery outside the State of Kuwait, specifically in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and others). By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:
1. Shipping & Delivery
- Door-to-door delivery is available to GCC countries specified by Alessa Med.
- A fixed international shipping fee will apply per order.
- Estimated delivery timeframe is 12–17 business days from the issuance of the invoice.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Alessa Med is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party logistics partners.
2. Customs & Duties
- All customs fees, duties, taxes, and country-specific import charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery in the destination country.
- Customs policies vary by country; customers are responsible for checking local regulations before placing an order.
- Alessa Med is not liable for any additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
3. Product Availability & Specifications
- Product availability is subject to stock at the time of ordering.
- Alessa Med reserves the right to update or modify product specifications, packaging, or details without prior notice.
- Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
4. Order Confirmation & Payment
- Orders are processed only after full payment of the product price and shipping fee.
- Once the invoice is issued and payment is confirmed, the order becomes final.
- Orders cannot be canceled after processing or shipment.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Outside Kuwait)
Due to international shipping and customs restrictions, returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders delivered outside Kuwait, except in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If the issue is verified as a wrong item or a manufacturing defect, Alessa Med will cover the return shipping fees, and the refund will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved by the Alessa Med team.
If approved, Alessa Med will provide the appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees are non-refundable for all other cases.
6. Warranty
- Warranty coverage differs by product type and applies only to manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty service is available only inside Kuwait.
- Customers outside Kuwait acknowledge that internationally shipped products are considered final sale with no warranty coverage.
- Warranty services such as spare parts, remote support, or service center support are not available outside Kuwait.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for ensuring correct name, address, contact number, and all delivery details.
- The customer must be available to receive the shipment and pay customs charges upon delivery.
- If a shipment is returned due to failure to pay customs or refusal to accept delivery, no refund will be issued, and reshipment fees will apply.
8. Liability
- Alessa Med is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by customs authorities or third-party shipping companies.
- Once the order leaves Kuwait, responsibility for delivery passes to the international courier until the package is handed to the customer.
9. Governing Law
- All terms and transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- Any disputes shall be handled under Kuwaiti jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an international order through AlessaOnline.com, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
