- Cut the tubular support to double the length of the affected area.
- Pull the first half of the support up the limb.
- Pull the second half over the limb to create a double layer.
- For wrist or lower arm use, cut 1cm slits on both layers approximately 2–5cm from the fold to create thumb holes.
- Use only on intact, uninjured skin.
- Do not apply the support too tightly.
- Remove immediately if numbness or tingling occurs.
- Consult a medical professional for serious injuries.
