Usage
used as hot and cold therapy to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
Product Description
it has long lasting effect which can be use conveniently.
For Cold use: Place in refrigerator or freezer for 1-2 hours. Remove, wrap gel pack in both and apply to affected area.
For Hot use: Place Gel pack in a microwaveable container and cover with water. Never heat Gel Pack in Microwave with out covering with water. Microwave on high for one minute. If more heat is required microwave for 10-15 secs more. Do not place hot gel pack directly to skin. To use, place a cloth between hot gel pack and skin
