The Thuasne Lombax Lumbar Brace has been designed to support your lower back and can even be worn while you perform moderate daily activities and exercise to help stabilise the area. The Thuasne Brace can be used for conditions such as common low back pain, moderate pain, recurrent low back pain and situational pain. The brace is used for initial support of acute or chronic lumbar pain and sciatica, prevention of lumbar pain (strain, incorrect posture) and post-operative lumbar support. To use the Thuasne Lombax back support, place the Lombax Lumbar Brace around the waist, with the label placed on top and looking inwards. Place the brace with your left hand against your abdomen and place the lowest strap onto the lowest part of the opposite side. Repeat the same procedure with the upper strap. Check to ensure that the center of the back brace is placed onto the back of your vertebral column to optimize and adjust the centralisation of the brace. Please adjust the fitting of the brace to your optimal comfort, for example loosening when sitting.
