Usage
A nasal cannula is designed for adults with breathing or respiratory difficulties who cannot breathe on their own. The cannula consists of a flexible tube that is placed under the nose and has two prongs that go slightly inside the nostril to provide required oxygen and relief.
Product Description
The Pro-Flow Adult Nasal Prongs are soft and narrow and specifically designed for pressure transducer airflow monitoring. The prong size minimizes nasal resistance and provides maximum patient comfort. The Pro-Flow cannula also incorporates narrow kink-resistant tubing to help ensure excellent response to high-frequency signals such as snoring. It has a hydrophobic, anti-microbial filter inline to help prevent patient cross-contamination and tranducer failure from moisture.
