Severe ankle sprain and overuse syndrome characterized by perennial muscle sprain, Achilles tendonitis. Bony spur it is a degenerative condition due to repetitive movements and overloading activity. The anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) is the most common ligament torn by an ankle sprain. Flamingo Stirrup Ankle Brace gives you great relief.
