Designed to allow you freedom of movement and ease of use, Thuasne's Lumbar Belt is anatomical with curved hips and inset abdominal plastron. This ensures the support not only remains comfortable but that it also provides enhanced stability and even compression. The lumbar back brace uses an advanced, pulley-like system to provide you with strong compression and to evenly distribute pressure around the spine. This helps take pressure off the abdomen so you remain comfortable and the LombaStab back brace Belt can be used all day. The waist belt is easy to put on because of the Quick Lacing System.
Size Guide for the LombaStab Support
The Thuasne LombaStab Belt is available in four different sizes and two different heights (either 21cm or 26cm). To find out which size will suit you best, measure the circumference of your waist level to your navel and consult the table below.

| Usage | The Thuasne Back support Lombastab brace is used by people with medium to heavy physical work and pains in the lower back. The brace is suitable to use with acute low back pains or moderate to intense lumbar pain. The Thuasne LombaStab Lumbar Belt provides even compression and enhanced stability to ensure you remain supported throughout the day. Fitting instructions: Open the belt and lay it out completely flat. Check that the two tightening handles are fully retracted. Detach them from the Velcro on the abdominal panel if necessary and pull on both ends of the belt. Place the belt around your waist, on top of a garment such as close-fitting vest. The lacing section must be centred over your spine. The pads should be positioned on either side of the spine. The bottom of the belt must stop at the top of the crease between the buttocks. Fasten the belt using the wide Velcro straps, right side over left side, without pulling too tight or applying any particular pressure. Adjust the tightness using the two handles: pull them forwards then fold them flat against the front of the belt, where they attach like Velcro. You can use these two handles to adjust the level of compression as required throughout the day. |
