How to Use

• Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 30 minutes, wrap in a dry towel, and apply to the affected area.
• Hot Water Therapy: Place in hot water (max 80°C) for 10 minutes, then wrap and apply.
• Microwave Therapy: Microwave on low power for 1 minute, heat in 10-sec increments if needed, let rest 1 minute before use.
